I learned the hard way, so you don’t have to.
When I started my own business in 2010, I thought I was pretty savvy about a lot of things. I had a 20 plus-year career in communications across a wide variety of industries behind me. I was a very successful customer experience and business development expert.
And yet, somehow, I still made a host of rookie mistakes.
Like many entrepreneurs, I didn’t charge enough to start, I didn’t attract enough of the right customers to feel confident about charging more, and most importantly, I didn’t understand that so much of the value of what I do isn’t in the details of my programs.
It’s in the impact those programs have on my clients’ sense of worth, confidence in their decision-making, and ability to take calculated risks to scale and level-up their businesses.
When I realized this is the secret sauce of success, I felt like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz—I had the power within me all along to create the business I wanted by truly serving the women, and a few good men, who, like me, just need some guidance to make the pieces fall into place.
I want all my clients to have their own aha moment when their path becomes crystal clear and they know exactly what they need to do to make their dream a reality.
Because when my clients succeed, I succeed!
And there’s nothing better than knowing I’ve helped someone’s dream come true while making my own come true as well.
